About The Owners
 

Jorge Pinargotte

Jorge For the past 15 years he has been coaching and incorporating indoor cycling and functional training to improve and sustain his level of fitness throughout all the seasons. In 2014 he and his wife Diana, with the help of several other fitness experts put a plan together combining scientifically proven fitness practices into what is now True Cycling Studio. Jorge has competed in many endurance races and events. He believes that anyone, regardless of age or personal challenges, can not only attain their fitness goals but even go beyond expectations to accomplish outstanding feats. Jorge’s calling is to help others conquer and surpass their fitness barriers. He’s well involved in local Harford County community services to include volunteering his services and the Studio to support local charity events.

Diana has been actively involved in physical fitness for the last twenty years. After having two children and turning 40, she noticed changes in her body and metabolism. Maintaining a balanced fitness and wellness regimen has helped her feel healthier, stronger, and happier. Her passion for health and her sense of community led her towards becoming a personal trainer and coach. She will keep you focused on reaching your fitness goals, and encourage you to enjoy and push your limits!

Qualifications: Stages® Cycling instructor • ISSA® Certified Personal Fitness Trainer • ISSA® Sports Nutrition Specialist • Pavigym™ Functional Training • TRX® Level 3 TEAM™ Coach • Strong by Zumba™ Coach. Diana has qualifications for successfully completing TRX® Suspension, Functional, RIP, Group, TEAM™ Coach, TRX®-Yoga, and Sports Medicine Courses.

Lisa Gigliotti

Lisa has been passionate about group fitness for over 15 years. She is highly motivated to help others reach their health and fitness goals! She became a group fitness coach at our studio in November 2017. 

Lisa has the drive, knowledge and enthusiasm to apply the correct techniques to help clients achieve their goals and see results! She loves to see everyone smiling and having fun while working hard!! 

Qualifications: Stages® Cycling Instructor • Strong by Zumba™ • TRX® Advanced Group Training • Lisa has qualifications for successfully completing the following TRX® courses:  TRX® Suspension training, TRX® Functional training and TRX® Group training.


JLo is a member of True Cycling Studio. After having success with her fitness goals and loving everything TCS has to offer, she has joined our team of instructors.  She was trained by TCS to teach indoor cycling classes, and completed other certifications.

She is excited to share her energy and passion for cycling with our TCS family.  “You don’t have to be a size two to be fit and strong!!”

Rochelle Franzen

Rochelle has been training for over 17 years and teaching fitness classes for over ten years. She is from Brazil. When she was a teenager, she was bullied in school because she was underweight and not considered "pretty." She exercised to boost her self-esteem and be more confident. She has a Bachelors in Physical Education and holds various international certifications. She believes that we are so much more than our bodies and however Amazing they can be, they are not the definition or limit to who we are as human beings.

Meghan was first introduced to cycling as a way to stay in competitive shape as an Athlete. Meghan is a two-time NCAA National Championship Award winner for Division II Women’s Lacrosse. Meghan has trained with Directors of Sport Kinesiology at Adelphi University on interval training. She began spinning over 10 years ago and became certified in 2014 to instruct group cycling classes. Meghan will motivate, coach, and support whatever your personal fitness goals may be with high energy music, fun, and sweat!

Meghan Khan

Lauren Villani

Lauren has spent years training her body, growing up as a competitive gymnast, and later turned dancer. After working, getting married and having children, she became a stay-at-home mom and has been pushing to achieve personal fitness success through motherhood. She has been practicing many different avenues of fitness her whole life. Since she began teaching in 2014, she has found a true passion in guiding others to reach their goals, strengthen the body and mind. She believes you don't have to compare yourself to others and obtain perfection...you just have to find yourself and your own sense of balance in your life.

Qualifications: Group Fitness Instructor, Barre and Mat Pilates with supplemental Sunrise Yoga instruction.


Fatima's journey began when she reached 256 pounds while being 5’2” tall. She changed her lifestyle and lost over 100 pounds by following a balanced nutrition and fitness plan. Following her passion for dance and world cultures, she became a Zumba instructor in 2011.

She wants to help others get healthier, believe in themselves, and feel capable of achieving their goals. Her motto is: "I'm Possible."

Qualifications: Zumba® Fitness, Zumba® Toning, Strong by Zumba®, BollyX® (Bollywood Workout), AAFA Group Fitness, AFAA Bootcamp, Body-Pump, and NASM Personal Trainer.

Fatima Pearce

Heather Hambrecht

Heather is a member of TCS. She has been a runner all her life competing in two marathons and five half marathons. She fell in love with TCS due to its versatility, willingness to specialize in multiple areas of fitness, and amazing instructors. After taking a Strong by Zumba class she decided she had to get her certification to share this love with others. She also fell in love with spinning and decided that TCS had everything she was looking for in a studio and fitness family. Her motto is, “The more you push your body and see what it can do, the more you will love it!”

Qualifications: Strong by Zumba, TCS Cycling Instructor Training.
