Jorge is an avid cyclist with road racing experience, who has been coaching cycling on and off throughout the years (USA Cycling Coach), and has attended indoor cycling and spin classes over the past fifteen years. He is well involved in community services and participates in several annual cycling and charity events. He's also competed in Marathons, Triathlons and Endurance Races. His favorite music genres are Latin, house, trance, and classic rock. He's excited to get you pumped up for your high-energy ride by fusing his cycling experience with his Latin percussion skills during his performance based and rhythm classes!

Diana has been actively involved in physical fitness for the last twenty years. Her passion for health and her sense of community led her towards becoming a certified TRX®, Pavigym™, and Stages® instructor.  She likes all types of music genres, but her favorite styles are hip-hop, Latin, and electronic music. Her leadership background and training experience will keep you focused on reaching your fitness goals! She will encourage you to enjoy and push your limits!


DeAnna is an old-school exercise enthusiast who got her start in the industry in 1985. She discovered her love for indoor cycling in the 90's when she received her first cycling certification. She holds about 20 Fitness Certifications to include several Personal Training, Group Exercise and RPM Less Mills®.  Her cycling classes are powerful, fun, and beat driven! Diverse musical tastes will appeal to all participants but her true love is dubstep, oh yeah! She will keep you motivated and push your comfort zone until you get the work done!

Meghan was first introduced to cycling as a way to stay in competitive shape as an Athlete. She is a 2X NCAA National Championship Award winner for Division II Women’s Lacrosse. Meghan has trained with Directors of Sport Kinesiology at Adelphi University on interval training. Began spinning over 10 years ago and became certified in 2014 to instruct group cycling classes. She will motivate, coach, and support whatever your personal fitness goals may be with high energy music, fun, and sweat!

Xu is from China. Her name means sun rises slowly up. She became interested in yoga due to constant back pain after the birth of her first child. She immediately fell in love with yoga as it made feel better physically and emotionally. She chose to become a yoga instructor to help others experience the same positive affects of yoga that she has. She is a registered Yoga instructor through Yoga Alliance. Her hope is that students feel as passionate about yoga as she does.  Xu also likes to add Chinese elements to her classes. As her name implies, Xu hopes every day the sun rises high and beams within you.

Substitute instructors

Tom’s interest in yoga began in 1998 when he took yoga classes at various studios in the central Maryland area. Upon retiring from his 34 year teaching career, Tom became a certified yoga instructor completing his teacher training at The Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health in western Massachusetts. He started teaching yoga in Harford County in 2010. His Yoga classes are relaxing and enjoyable, thought provoking and introspective, meditative and invigorating.

Debbie began doing yoga to help address a back injury while in college, and has been practicing ever since. Her exploration of yoga has been completed through classes as well as through a variety of videos. She has taken workshops in Anusara Yoga with Todd Norian at Kripalu, as well as a partners yoga retreat at the Satchadinanda Ashram in Yogaville, Virginia with her husband Tom. After her retirement from the school system, Debbie pursued her ongoing interest in yoga and completed the 200 hour yoga Divine Wisdom Yoga Teacher Training at The Sanctuary at Two Rivers in Cabuya, Costa Rica.

Danielle's love for yoga began 10 years ago. Yoga has been an inspiration and an influence in her life for health maintenance, spiritual awakening, and soul connection. With yoga, spiritual connection manifested with the physical body, and realized the greatest gift! Her inspiration is to connect with beautiful souls, share her heart and knowledge gained over the years about yoga. Specialities withing her practice will include, Restorative, Yin, Hatha, and Power Yoga. If you want to experience a healthier lifestyle through mind and body connection, a turnable of consciousness and awareness, then this class is meant for you! "Open your mind and heart. Jamie fell in love with yoga when she took her first Hatha class. After a few months of practice she decided to get her 200hr training.  She completed training with at Harford Yoga Institute.  Jamie wants you to enjoy your practice. She is honored to guide you, and looks forward to seeing you on the mat!
