Jennifer. Yoga has been a part of her life for almost 10 years.  At first it was an exercise that she enjoyed because the stretching, balancing, and poses reminded her of when she danced as a very young adult.  After a struggle with an auto immune disorder a few years ago, she began to do yoga to reduce stress and to focus on her internal health.

In her class, you can expect your mat to be your sacred and special place away from external expectations, and to be able to focus your mind inward. When it is time to step off your mat again, you can expect to feel calm, refreshed, and at ease with yourself and those around you.
